Our tag is an intelligent identification solution for pets, linking them to a detailed online profile via a scannable qr code. This profile displays the owner’s contact information to the finder, allowing for instant notification of the pet’s location on dashbaord.

PawTagPK does not have built-in GPS tracking. Instead, when someone finds your pet and scans the PawTag QR code, they can share their current location with you. The shared location can then appear on your PawTagPK dashboard, helping you know where your pet was found. We are also working on SMS and WhatsApp notifications so that, in the future, pet owners can receive alerts more quickly when their PawTag is scanned or a location is shared.

Our tag is crafted with your pet’s safety in mind. It contains no batteries or electronic components, making it completely safe for your pet to wear. which means that not only is it light, it is also snap-resistant.

We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

At PawTagPK, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help. 1. Damaged or Defective Product If your PawTag arrives damaged, defective, or does not work as intended, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide: Your order number Photos or a short video showing the issue Photos of the product and packaging After reviewing the issue, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. 2. Wrong Product Received If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement with the correct product at no additional product cost. 3. Change of Mind Because PawTag is a personalized pet-safety product and each tag is connected to a pet profile/QR code, we do not accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product. Please make sure your order details are correct before placing your order. 4. Used or Damaged by Customer We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been: Damaged after delivery Misused Modified or altered Physically damaged through normal wear or improper use Lost after delivery 5. QR Code / Profile Issues If you experience a problem with your PawTag QR code or pet profile, please contact us. If the issue is caused by a manufacturing or technical problem with the PawTag, we will work with you to resolve it, including providing a replacement where appropriate. 6. Refund Process If your refund is approved, we will confirm the refund amount and process. Refund timing may depend on the payment method and banking/payment provider. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank/e-wallet details to process an approved refund. 7. Return Shipping If the product is confirmed to be defective or the wrong product was sent, PawTagPK will cover the reasonable return/replacement shipping cost. If a return is requested for another reason that is not covered by this policy, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. 8.
